Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Pcnaid Inc. ("we", "us"), governing your access to and use of DelegatedSSL (the "Service") at delegatedssl.com and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts & authorization

You are responsible for the activity under your organization, including your team members and API keys. You must only add and manage domains that you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a client. You are responsible for keeping API keys and credentials secure; treat any dssl_ key like a password.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Add domains you are not authorized to manage.
• Attempt to access another organization's data, or to circumvent tenant isolation, authentication or rate limits.
• Use the Service to issue certificates for fraudulent, phishing or malicious purposes.
• Interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what applicable law permits.

4. Certificates & third-party providers

Certificates are issued and rotated as domain-validated (DV) certificates through Cloudflare for SaaS. Identity is provided through Auth0, and billing (where applicable) through Stripe. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We orchestrate issuance, validation and lifecycle; we do not hold, export or take custody of certificate private keys.

5. Plans, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price shown at signup. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and will provide it with commercially reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, modify or remove features. Where a change is material and adverse, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that risks the security or integrity of the Service or other customers. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to venue there. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
